The Town of Burstall offers for sale by tender the following:

-Old Pole Mount Christmas Decorations
– 11 in total (In working condition. – To make an appointment to see the decorations, please contact the town office @ 306-679-2000)

Tender MUST include the following information:
– Amount of tender.
– Your name, date, and contact information.

The tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Christmas Decorations Tender”
addressed to the Town of Burstall; P.O. Box 250; Burstall, Sask.: S0N 0H0.

Tenders must be received in office by noon, November 8th, 2023.
Sale is, as is, where is.
Tender is to be accompanied with a cheque for the full amount.
Town of Burstall reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
(Cheques will be returned to unsuccessful tenders).

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:
A poll has been granted for the election of:

Voting will take place on Wednesday the 25th day of October, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Office of the Town of Burstall.

Eligibility to vote
36(1) A person is eligible to vote in a municipality or school division who, on election day:
(a) is a Canadian citizen;
(b) is at least 18 years of age;
(c) in the case of a municipality other than a resort village or rural municipality, has resided in Saskatchewan for at least six consecutive months immediately preceding the day of the election
and:
( i )has resided in the municipality, or on land now in the municipality, for at least three consecutive months immediately preceding the day of the election;
or
(ii )- is the owner of assessable land in the municipality, or land now situated in the
municipality, for at least three consecutive months immediately preceding the day of
the election;

Advance Polls

TOWN OF BURSTALL  NOTICE OF ADVANCE POLL

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that provision has been made for an advance poll for electors who:
1. Are physically disabled;
2. Have been appointed as election official; or
3. Anticipate being unable to vote on the day of election.

Voting will take place Monday, October 16th, 2023 between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the Burstall & District Community Centre, 957 Railway Avenue.
