BYLAW NO. 2018-170
A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH A BASE TAX
The Council of the Town of Burstall in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
A base property tax shall be applied as follows:
1. Agricultural Property Class
(A) Land – $150.00
(B) Improvements – $830.00
2. Residential Property Class
(A) Land – $150.00 per parcel
(B) Improvements – $830.00 per parcel
3. Commercial Property Class
(A) Land – $190.00 per parcel
(B) Improvements – $890.00
3. Hotel/Motel Property Class
(A) Land – $190.00 per parcel
(B) Improvements – $890.00
Bylaw 2017-159 is hereby repealed.
This bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the day of final reading.
